Description

Remanufactured and performance-calibrated Bosch P7100 injection pump (0402736854SHO) for 1994-1995 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 12V Cummins auto-trans trucks. The higher-fueling, higher-RPM variant of the auto-trans Dragon Fly program — built for trucks that have upgraded injectors and turbo and want the pump to keep up.

Each pump is fully torn down, inspected, and rebuilt with new wear parts. The calibration package installs a #6 cam plate, 4000 RPM governor springs, an upgraded AFC spring, 191 delivery valves, and a new overflow valve. Fueling is set to 370-390cc maximum at 4000 RPM with 18° base timing — meaningfully more fuel than the 838 (320-360cc) variant, with a modified torque curve for sustained pull above 3000 RPM.
