1994-1995 Cummins Reman Injection Pump (Manual) (0402736841SHOSE)

Description

Remanufactured and performance-calibrated Bosch P7100 injection pump (0402736841SHOSE) for 1994-1995 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 12V Cummins manual-trans trucks. Manual-trans counterpart to the 0402736838SHOSE auto pump — same fueling level and RPM cap, calibrated for the stick-shift truck's throttle and shutoff behavior.

Each pump is fully torn down, inspected, and rebuilt with new wear parts. The calibration installs a #6 cam plate, 4000 RPM governor springs, an upgraded AFC spring, 191 delivery valves, and a new overflow valve. Fueling is set to 320-360cc maximum at 3100 RPM with 18° base timing. Manual-trans calibration delivers a sharper throttle tip-in than the auto variant.
