Description

3200 RPM governor spring for the Bosch VE injection pump on 1989-1993 Dodge 5.9L 12V Cummins trucks. Replaces the OE governor spring so the pump will rev cleanly to 3200 RPM instead of falling on its face at the stock 2500 RPM ceiling — necessary anytime the pump has been opened up with more fuel.

Installs inside the existing VE pump. Common pairing with the fuel pin upgrade for a complete bolt-in 1st gen power package.

Notes

• VE pump trucks only (1989-1993 1st gen 5.9L Cummins). Will not fit P7100 inline pumps on 1994-1998 12V trucks.
• Adding RPM without adding fuel has limited benefit. Best results come paired with a VE fuel pin upgrade.
