Description
Industrial Injection's Race Long Block for the 2003-2007 5.9L Common Rail Cummins is a competition-oriented build pairing a fully balanced and blueprinted bottom end with a Stage 1 race-ported cylinder head. Each short block is sim-tested before assembly and built with high-end components.
Carrillo billet rods with HD bolts, fly-cut and coated pistons with .100 valve reliefs, a 14mm Gorilla Girdle, and a Stage 2 race performance camshaft sit beneath a hand-blended CNC-ported head with stainless valves, a fire-ringed deck, and ARP 625 studs.

- Intake shelf machined to accept ZZ Fab side runner
- New diamond-honed valve guides, new stainless valves, 95 lb performance valve springs
- Milled and fire-ringed head with radius-cut fire ring head gasket, ARP 625 head studs
- Drilled and tapped coolant freeze plugs
