Description
The Industrial Injection 4G6103 Disaster Kit w/o CP4 covers everything needed to rebuild the 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax LML fuel system after a CP4 failure — minus the CP4 pump itself. When the CP4 fails, the closed-loop LML system contaminates the rails, lines and injectors with metal debris. This kit replaces those components with Bosch reman injectors, Bosch fuel rails, OEM lines and a filter service kit — bring your own pump (CP4 replacement or a CP3 conversion).

Notes

- Consider adding a Fuel System Saver when reinstalling a CP4 — it will not prevent a future CP4 failure on its own, but adds an additional filtration stage.
- Core deposit applies — the original injectors must be returned to recover the deposit.
