Description

The Industrial Injection 4G6106 Emissions Intact Disaster Kit replaces a failed CP4 system on a 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax LML with a CP3 pump while keeping the factory emissions hardware in place. When the CP4 fails, it sends metal debris through the closed-loop LML fuel system, taking out the rails, lines and all eight injectors — this kit ships everything needed to rebuild the high-pressure side and convert to the more durable CP3 platform. Because the conversion changes pump geometry and pressure delivery, the truck must be re-tuned to run the CP3.

Notes

• Core deposit applies — the original pump and injectors must be returned to recover the full deposit.
