Universal P7100 Injection Pump Washer (CU-3920922)

Description

The CU-3920922 is the OEM-spec lock washer for the Bosch P7100 mechanical injection pump used on the 1994-1998 5.9L 12V Cummins. Small, cheap, but absolutely critical — the P7100 lock washer secures the gear retaining nut on the front of the pump, and a missing or worn washer leads to the gear backing off in operation. This is a one-time-use hardware piece that should be replaced any time the P7100 is disassembled, rebuilt, or even just inspected with the gear removed.
